No masks. For a month or so.
But things change.
Starting tomorrow, everyone in Lithuania must wear a face mask and keep the distance while indoors.
We had some unrestricted time to enjoy the “normal” life and now is the time to get cautious again as the COVID19 cases increase.
It's a reminder of how quickly humans adapt while resisting any slightest change. It's uncomfortable to wear a face mask and keep the distance but we'll get used to it and it will become the new “normal” again.
The same goes for any lifestyle change.
It's terribly uncomfortable at the beginning, but then in no time, it becomes effortless. Reading, writing, fasting, exercising, and all the other activities you want to do daily may feel intimidating, but it won't be the same once you get started.
You can't control the uncontrollable, which is pretty much everything but your attitude and actions. Focus on the uncomfortable that will make your life a little bit more comfortable in these uncertain times (and it's always uncertain times).

Everything Is F*cked by Mark Manson
We live in an interesting time. Materially, everything is the best it’s ever been - we are freer, healthier, and wealthier than any people in human history. Yet, somehow everything seems to be irreparably and horribly f*cked - the planet is warming, governments are failing, economies are collapsing, and everyone is perpetually offended on Twitter. At this moment in history, when we have access to technology, education, and communication our ancestors couldn’t even dream of, so many of us come back to an overriding feeling of hopelessness.
